Open Non-Alcoholic Bar

4 Hour Bar 2022-2023 price $12/pp (Min bar service in Montana Room all nights)

• OTHER: Includes Assorted Soft Drinks, including Fitz’s Sodas (by request), Sparkling Fruit Juices and Chilled Water

Bar Service:

(You are required to offer NEO’s minimum 4 hour bar service and an optional 5th hour is available for an additional charge)

• LABOR: Two bartenders are required for any bar service over 75 guests and are shown on the pricing as an additional charge.  Additional bartenders and bar backs can be provided based on guest count.
• GRATUITY: 20% Gratuity charged for total bar services.  A sign will be placed on the bar that says “YOUR HOST FOR THE EVENING HAS GRACIOUSLY PREPAID ALL BAR GRATUITIES FOR THEIR GUESTS”
• Everyone over 21 is charged for the alcoholic bar package and everyone under 21 is charged for the non-alcoholic package.  Infants who do not require a dinner chair are not charged for the bar services.
• A optional 5th hour may be added to the bar service for an additional charge.  Renter is charged for 1/2 the number of rsvp’d guests for the 5th hour.
• NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL MAY BE BROUGHT ONTO THE PREMISES.  ALL ALCOHOL MUST BE SERVED FROM THE BAR BY A LICENSED BARTENDER.
• NEO’s insurer does not permit shots to be served to guests.
• NEO offers an optional 5th hour of bar service for an additional charge.

Terms: A 50% deposit is required with the rental deposit. Final payment is adjusted to actual guest count and is required 14 days prior to event. Guest count cannot be lowered after final deposit is made. Prevailing state, local and municipal taxes apply to all contracts without tax-exempt status. Tax-exempt clients must provide an appropriate exemption certificate for our files. Glassware will be provided in the bar through dinner. High quality plasticware will be provided one hour before closing to minimize breakage. The event is concluded once the bar service is concluded and NEO does not offer bar service after midnight.
