NEO CATERERS

Check with Cathy Strobel at cathystrobel@neostl.com for an up-to-date approved catering list from which to select your caterer.   If you intend to use someone not on our list, they must be approved PRIOR to booking your date.   They are required to be in business with a website and staff to maintain the service level expected, and be able to provide  references from other venues where they have catered.   They must also complete our catering contract and provide a certificate of insurance.  We charge all caterers a kitchen fee based on guest count.
